Ancestry Intensive Polices
Scope of Services
The Instructor agrees to provide the Participant with a one-on-one Genealogy Course session lasting one and a half (1.5) hours.
The session will include:
- An introduction to researching ancestors and building a family tree.
- Guidance on core genealogy research methods and tools.
- Tailored recommendations for the Participant’s family research goals.
- A personalized Google Drive folder created for the Participant containing:
- A personal genealogy resource guide specific to the Participant 's genealogical search.
- A GEDCOM raw data file containing any data collected for Participant's family tree.
- Full curriculum and presentation materials.
- Other curated materials, tips, and reference guides to support further independent research.

Fee: $350 (USD)

Payment
Once the Participant logs interest in this service, they receive a survey. After it is reviewed they will receive an email with any follow up questions, scheduling options and a contract.
The Participant agrees to pay the Instructor the full amount of $350 prior to the scheduled consultation. Payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the consultation.
Payment shall be made via [insert method: PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, etc.].
Deliverables
By enrolling in this course, the Participant will receive the following deliverables:
- Live instruction. Structured, interactive teaching covering the following course modules:

- Genealogy significance and self-discovery.
- Research planning (do’s and don’ts).
- Tree-building tools & platforms.
- Overview on Types of Records
- Vital records and civil registrations.
- U.S. Census research methods.
- Online research databases and resources.
- Research tips, tricks, and troubleshooting.
- Building a sustainable genealogy practice.
- Course materials. Course materials will include, but not limited to:

- A copy of the Course Curriculum document outlining topics and activities.
- Supplementary reference handouts and research worksheets.
- Access to curated links, databases, and guides relevant to the participant’s ancestry research.
- GEDCOM file (.ged) — a standard file format of raw data used in genealogy to store and share family tree information. It contains all the researched data from your consultation, including names, dates, relationships, and family connections in a structured, digital format. This file can be imported into most family tree software or online platforms, allowing you to explore, update, or expand your family history further on your own.
- Presentation materials.

- Hands-On Activities & Personalized Support. Tailored recommendations for platforms, collections, and resources specific to the participant’s goals. Guided exercises, such as:

- Creating a research plan.
- Starting a family tree using a selected platform.
- Analyzing sample census and vital records.
- Troubleshooting name variations and transcription errors.
- Designing and/or reviewing a personal “wiki” of research resources.
All course materials, guides, and templates remain the intellectual property of Reigning Trinity LLC (Reign3) and are provided for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled by either party once at no additional cost. After, a $50 rescheduling fee will incur.
- If the Participant cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee is non-refundable.
- Failure to remit payment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
- If the Instructor must cancel, the Participant will be offered a full refund if rescheduling is unforeseeable.
- Payments are non-refundable once the materials have been provided, except in cases of Instructor cancellation.
- If the Participant fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
Disclaimer
The Instructor provides educational services for genealogical research. The Instructor does not provide legal, medical, or psychological advice. All insights are for educational and informational purposes only. The Instructor does not guarantee specific results or discoveries about the Participant's ancestry. All research depends on the availability and accuracy of historical records and basic information provided by the Participant .
Privacy, Confidentiality, and File Transfer Liability
The Instructor agrees to keep any personal family information shared by the Participant private and not disclose it to third parties without written permission.
At the conclusion of the consultation, the Instructor will provide the Participant with access to a customized Google Drive folder and a GEDCOM file. Access to the Google Drive folder will remain available for at least one (1) year unless otherwise agreed in writing. Family trees and their respective GEDCOM files are separate exports and, for the Participant's privacy, will be permanently erased from the Instructor's possession after one (1) month unless the Participant expressly requests continued storage and the Instructor agrees in writing.
Upon transfer of the Google Drive folder and/or GEDCOM file to the Participant , the Participant is responsible for replicating and/or storing their own files. The Instructor shall not be held responsible or liable for any unauthorized access, data loss, disclosure, or misuse that occurs after delivery. The Participant is solely responsible for the security and backup of these files within aforementioned parameters.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, internet or platform outages, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, the affected session may be rescheduled without penalty.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Reigning Trinity LLC or its agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products thereof delivered to you are provided 'as is' and 'as available’ without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind outside of this agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Instructor and the Participant. No other promises, agreements, or understandings will be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
