Mission, Methods & Policies 

Yoshi provides an inclusive and respectful space, welcoming all individuals regardless of background, creed, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, cultural identity, or personal and religious beliefs.

All readings are conducted with strict confidentiality. Information shared will never be disclosed to third parties.

Yoshi maintains an open and transparent approach, encouraging clients to share or ask questions at their own pace. While not required, participation is always welcomed. To ensure the best use of time, clients are asked to raise any questions during the session, as follow-ups cannot be accommodated afterward.

Yoshi is committed to honesty and transparency regarding both abilities and limitations.

The cards may offer guidance on possible courses of action, but clients are encouraged to exercise their free will and best judgment.

Readings are not absolute—they are living, intuitive interpretations. 

No reader connects with every client. For this reason, Yoshi reserves the right to decline service. In such a case, any fees will be fully refunded if the reading has already begun. Yoshi will make every effort to quickly determine if a disconnect is present in order to honor both the client’s time and Yoshi’s own. When this occurs, Yoshi may also provide referrals to other trusted and ethical readers or mediums at the client’s request.

Booking Readings  

Yoshi will never solicit or initiate contact to book a reading. The choice to connect and request a session is always fully up to the client.

Clients are encouraged to be mindful of the time slot they select when booking, as well as Yoshi’s rescheduling, cancellation, and refund policies. All bookings are done on Eastern Standard Time. Yoshi is committed to honoring each client’s time and kindly asks the same in return.

To book a reading, clients may reach Yoshi directly through the contact form, social media, or by phone. Payment of $65 is required no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Each booking reserves a 30-minute allotment, beginning only once the cards are pulled and interpretation begins. Readings may take place via phone call, FaceTime, or Zoom, depending on the client’s preference.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds 

Rescheduling

Yoshi understands that life happens. A session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Any further rescheduling will incur a $25 fee. Payments applied to a rescheduled session are non-refundable if the new session is later canceled.

Cancellations

Sessions may be canceled by the reader if payment is not received 24 hours prior.

If a client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

If the reader must cancel and rescheduling is not possible, the client will receive a full refund.

Refunds

A refund will only be issued if:

• You cancel before the 24-hour window. 
• The reader needs to cancel instead of rescheduling.
• The reader notifies you that a session needs to be rescheduled—you may opt out at that time; once a session has been rescheduled, the fee becomes non-refundable.
• After a session has begun, only if the reader identifies a blockage or disconnect with the client. 

Right to Refuse Service 

If you are disrespectful, obnoxious, or behave in a threatening manner, your reading will be instantly terminated, and you will not receive a refund.

I will not read for anyone under the influence of intoxicants.

I will not read for anyone under the age of 18 years old without the consent of a parent/guardian. 

By booking a reading, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older, have consent of a parent/guardian, and are not under the influence of any intoxicants which may impair your judgement and/or decision making . 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Tarot readings are intuitive guidance and not guaranteed outcomes. Tarot reading’s do not replace or substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial help or advice. 

Tarot readings do not impose or influence your free will or common sense. Any actions or decisions made subsequent to your reading, are at your own discretion and responsibility. By booking a session, the client agrees that they are solely responsible for any actions taken as a result of the reading. 

By participating in my services, website and blog, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist, lawyer, accountant, or health care professional. My services do not replace the care of lawyers, psychologists, or other licensed practitioners/professionals. 

Privacy 

All readings are conducted with strict confidentiality; information shared will never be disclosed to third parties. 

The only information collected by Reigning Trinity is that which is voluntarily provided by the client when initiating contact for services. If personal information is provided to us, it will be used solely to deliver the services and information requested. Client data is stored securely and deleted upon request, unless legally required to retain

Reigning Trinity does not—and will never—send spam. Subscribers may opt out of the newsletter at any time.

In the event of a security breach related to the Services, and subject to applicable law, Reigning Trinity will act in good faith to coordinate with all appropriate parties regarding (a) notification to clients, employees, or agents of a potential or actual breach, and (b) disclosures required for governmental or regulatory compliance.

Shop Products 

Products may vary in size, weight, or image as described. Items that are defective or damaged will be replaced and shipped free of charge. Refunds will not be issued unless at the discretion of Reigning Trinity for special circumstances. Credit will be issued for items no longer in stock and shipped free of charge. 

Digital products remain the intellectual property of Reigning Trinity LLC and are provided for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, internet or platform outages, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, the affected session may be rescheduled without penalty.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Reigning Trinity be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products thereof delivered to you are provided 'as is' and 'as available’ without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In any case, the Instructor’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant.
